:LINKS: A few random items from around the web...

Here's a few random favorites that I've discovered in my recent web adventures...

This is an simple and low-cost project with amazing results. The best thing about it is that the contents can be changed to suit any holiday or season.

My collection of unread books is growing...these adorable (and foxy) bookmarks make me want to get reading!

Kaitlin's favorite colors right now are blue and green and I find myself drawn to them as well! I LOVE these colors and distressed patterns. Beautiful!

I'm probably the last to discover this, but I'm having a BLAST pinning the things that inspire me on the web!

I'm inspired to start creating more printable art and Aimee of Sprik Space has certainly been part of the inspiration behind that new desire. If you like this one, be sure to check out her site for dozens more!

I LOVE magazines! I always have a pile of them around and, honestly, I have been trying to ween myself off a few of them because I just didn't have time to look at them all and it was creating too much clutter. Then, I discovered THIS!! Beautiful...and all on line. If you follow my monthly Be Inspired Creativity Prompts, you know that I am quite inspired by advertising and this publication is full of inspiration.

:LINKS: Easter Printables & Freebies

Here's a few fun and FREE printables just in time for Easter! There are always a ton of these little goodies to find online, but these are my favorites so far.

Usually, subway art FILLS the frame and I love the use of white space in this design!!

There are three other designs as well...all just as adorable!

More great subway art!

These may be designed with party use in mind, but so many of these elements could be used for other crafting projects as well!

Easy and perfect for quick treats for your children's classmates, neighbors and more!

:LINKS: Some lucky finds just in time for St. Patrick's Day

St. Patty's Day is just around the corner, so here's a few of my favorite digital/printable finds from recent web excursions.

Patrick's Day Vintage Paper from Far Far Hill
Beautiful patterns! Great for digital scrapbooking, printing off to use as backgrounds or creating custom embellishments.

These may be created to decorate cupcakes, but I always think these kinds of toppers also make GREAT embellishments.

Subway art is all the rage...these things are popping up all over the place!

Luck of the Irish from Digi Junkie
Another great digi kit...I just LOVE the patterned shamrock!

:LINKS: A few more Valentine's freebies...

Okay...one last Valentine's Day post. I just couldn't fit it all in ahead of time and didn't want to skip sharing these favorite freebies and downloads with you!

I hope you find a few you like, too!

Hearts Background Freebie from Friendly Scrap
Although I'm not a digi scrapper, I still love printing out digi designs from time to time to use as mats or for creating unique embellishments.

I Heart You Printables from Anna and Blue Paperie
Cute on cupcakes...cute on layouts, too, I'd bet.

Printable Valentines Day Tickets by Miss Cutiepie
These sweet tickets are just too sweet!

Printable Valentine Cards from How About Orange
Okay, I found these too late for Kaitlin to use this year. They're going in the vault for next year and I'm thinking they could make a layout embellishment also.

Valentine Printable from Bonjour!
Another amazing printable...available in a variety of color combinations also.

Valentine Printable Freebie from The Swell Life
Wow...this one inspires me in so many ways!! It just makes me want to create!

:LINKS: A little freebie love for Valentine's Day!

There's all kinds a beautiful freebies out there just in time for Valentine's Day.

Here's a few of my favorites!

Free Printable Valentine's Day Subway Art from eighteen25
These subway-style art pieces are easy to find and are a great way to decorate for the holiday without breaking the bank!

Free Valentine Cupcake Toppers from Holli Sampson
CUTE!! Would be great embellishments for cards, layouts...or technically, you could frame this one, too!

Valentine Bookmark from Sanqunetti Design
I thought these were adorable...especially if you want to do something a little different at giveaways for your child's classmates this Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Tags from The Rubber Punkin
A few more adorable tags...love the combination of grey/pink and grey/red on these. It's just that little something out-of-the-ordinary that makes them special.

While not specificially labeled as a Valentine's Day item, the vintage patterns and shades of pink certainly make these digital designs perfect for a romantic project.

:LINKS: Calendars...

I'm almost always sure to get a calendar or two for Christmas.

This year, although I received some great gifts (especially some books I can't wait to read), I didn't get ONE calendar.

So, I've been on the lookout for some free printables to meet my needs.

Here are a few favorites that I've found:

2011 Calendar from Benign Objects
I like the graphic, colorful nature of this printable calendar.

2011 Mini Calendar from Creative Mama
Okay...do I have to explain what I think is adorable about these little mini calendars?!

2011 Calendars from Pizzazzerie
There's something for everyone in these four printable calendars from Pizzazzerie.

2011 CD Case Calendar Template from Shutter Sisters
Here's one you can customize with your own photos.

2011 Calendar from Tip Junkie
This one is basic, but it leaves a little more room for notes and I liked the combination of green and teal.

Printable Gift Lists
Of course, you could use these printables for their obvious use, but how about creating a layout about the gifts you give this holiday season? You've got an instant journal block!

Holidays Postcards
They don't make these cards super easy to acquire (you have to click through to several different blogs), but aren't they darling?

Do you need a little tricket box to put candy, etc? Here you go!
